At Vidalia Heritage Academy, all students in grades K-12th participate in a regular physical education and health program. 

 

Students in grades K-5th participate in a dynamic program with activities such as:

  • Individual Rope Jumping
  • Double Dutch Rope Jumping
  • Synchronized Rope Jumping
  • Hula Hooping
  • Creative Hula Hooping
  • Tumbling/Gymnastics
  • Basketball Handling
  • Tinikling
  • Juggling

For upper school students in grades 6th-12th, PE/Health classes involve a structured routine designed for physical health & well-being, skill development, and lifelong health. Classes range from team sports to fitness training and personal wellness. Benefits of these classes include:
