The Board of Directors of Vidalia Heritage Academy serves as the policy-setting and governing body of the school. The Board has responsibility for the establishment, guidance, leadership, and oversight of the operation of the school. The Board consists of VHA parents, alumni, and community leaders and typically meet once a month as a large group and more often in their respective committees. The Board works in close partnership with the Head of School and the Administration in strategic planning and implementation.
