VHA Performing Arts provides students with meaningful opportunities to grow, create, and shine beyond the classroom. Through on-stage performance and hands-on artistic experiences, students are encouraged to discover and develop their God-given talents while gaining a broader perspective of the world around them.
Research consistently shows that students who participate in the performing arts often demonstrate higher academic achievement. Engagement in music, dance, and theatre strengthens essential skills such as creative and critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, focus, and memory. Just as importantly, the arts foster confidence, discipline, and collaboration—while allowing students to experience the joy of creative expression.
