Vidalia Heritage Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights and privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school administrated programs. Vidalia Heritage Academy believes that in order to provide the best academic and spiritual training we must make certain exclusions. Therefore, we choose not to accept for enrollment students who are not in good standing with the institution in which they are presently and/or previously enrolled or who demonstrate disruptive behavior that is inconsistent with this school’s philosophies or policies. We believe that the standards of Vidalia Heritage Academy are easier to maintain when the students’ and parents’ attitudes are in agreement with the school’s philosophies and policies. This cooperation helps to support the standards we strive to maintain. VHA is not equipped, nor are teachers trained, to accomodate children with learning disabilities or with ADD/ADHD. If a student with disabilities is accepted to VHA, it is the responsibility of the parents to provide the necessary support for their child.
